Dr. Stephen Yamodis, DMD

Dr. Stephen Yamodis, DMDDr. Yamodis was raised in a small rural community in Talent, OR. that offered many experiences enabling a strong work ethic and opportunities to participate in team sports to form life-long friendships.

Dr. Yamodis attended college at the University of California at Santa Barbara. He then spent 2 years as a Peace Corps volunteer where he managed the construction of a gravity flow potable water system in Pinaya, a small mountain community.

After completing the Peace Corps, he was awarded a health professions scholarship from the U.S. Navy. He attended dental school at the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a D.M.D. and met his wife, Nadia. After graduating he served as a general dentist for the U.S. Navy and participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom. During his service their first child Sophia was born.

Dr. Yamodis earned a certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics completing a 3-year residency program at the University of Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine. It was during this time they welcomed their second child, Stephen II. 

Dr. Yamodis enjoys playing basketball, family vacations, watching sports on tv and spending time with Nadia, Sophia, Stephen II and Teddy (family dog). He’s very excited to join our team and looks forward to providing excellent orthodontic experiences.
